As per our return policy, some items are not eligible for return as mentioned on the product description page. Innerwear and Earrings are non-returnable items unless defective. Skincare, Cosmetics, and Perfumes are non-returnable items unless faulty.
To make it simple for our customers please find our return procedure below:
1.1 Initiate the return.
1.2 If items are accepted for return, our team will get in touch with you via email.
1.3 You can either drop the parcel to our delivery partners’ drop-off centre or request for a pick up option from your address.(Failed pick-up will result in an additional charge of 4.95 AUD)
1.4 Once we receive your item and if the return gets approved given it is in the original packaging, unused and properly sealed, we will initiate the refund for you. Your refund should reflect back into your account within 3-5 business days after refund initiation.
