We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns are free of charge for eligible items.

To request a return, please email support@arktastic.com within 7 days of delivery. Our team will provide return instructions.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

How do I initiate a return?

1. Login to your Account.
2. Click on “Orders” under your Profile page.
3. Click on “View” for the order you wish to return.
4. At the bottom of your order description page, fill out a return form and click “Submit.”

After your submission, our team will be in contact as soon as possible to discuss and help resolve your problem.

What is the return process?

1. If your return is approved, our team will send return instructions (and a return label if applicable).
2. Place products in original packaging, seal the bag, and drop off at the nearest delivery centre.
3. Your refund will reflect in your account within 3–5 business days after confirmation.

We never accept products from inauthentic sources, so you can rest easy knowing you are getting the exact product you want.
