Returns and Refunds

Is something not quite right? If you are concerned about your order, a product is defective, incorrect, or not up to our quality Arktastic standards – be sure to reach out to our team so we can issue a return or refund.

1. Login to your Account.
2. Click on “Orders” under your Profile page.
3. Click on “View” for the order you wish to return.
4. At the bottom of your order description page, fill out a return form and click “Submit.”

After your submission, our team will be in contact as soon as possible to discuss and help resolve your problem.

1. If you wish to return your items and they are suitable for return – our team will send through a return sticker for you to attach and use at your nearest Auspost.
2. Place products in original packaging, seal the bag, and drop off at the nearest delivery centre.
3. Your refund will reflect in your account within 3-5 business days after confirmation.

We want you to love your products. All of our Korean cosmetics are 100% authentic and only sourced from Seoul, Korea to ensure we maintain high standards and give you access to the best South Korea has to offer.

We never accept products from inauthentic sources, so you can rest easy knowing you are getting the exact product you want!

Your product should always arrive to you safely, intact, and in its original South Korean packaging and we will never accept anything else. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not up to standard – please reach out to our team.
