This page explains how to delete your Arktastic account, or some of your data, for the Arktastic app and the Arktastic website. Arktastic is operated by Arktastic Pty Ltd ABN 16 643 182 352.

1. Open the Arktastic app and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Scroll to Security and choose Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then choose Delete Permanently.

Your account is deleted straight away. This cannot be undone.

If you cannot use the app, or you created your account on the website, email support@arktastic.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm the request is from you before we delete the account.

• Your sign-in details: name, email address and password.
• Saved delivery addresses that were never used for an order.
• Your wishlist and your bag.
• Product reviews you posted, including review photos.
• Your Pogi chat history, what Pogi remembers about you (such as your skin type and preferences) and your saved routines.
• Your Pogi Points balance, points history and unused rewards.
• Your notification settings, the notification tokens for your devices, restock alerts and in-app notifications.
• Support requests you submitted.

We keep records of the orders you placed, including the contact and delivery details recorded on those orders. These are kept as business records for tax, accounting, returns and consumer-law purposes, and they are no longer linked to a login.

Payments are handled by our payment providers, such as Stripe and PayPal. They keep their own transaction records under their own privacy policies.

You can remove parts of your data in the app:

• In the Pogi tab, open Pogi's settings and choose Clear Memory & Chat to delete your conversations and what Pogi remembers, or Forget Saved Preferences to delete saved preferences only.
• In Account, under Preferences, clear your saved skin type.
• In Account, under Help & Support, turn off optional app analytics.
• In Account, under Delivery, remove saved addresses.
