Is The VT Cosmetics Reedle Shot Safe? 
Yes, the reedle shot is very safe for skincare use. It does contain micro-needles that penetrate skin and fall out after a few days, creating micro channels for deeper absorption of skincare and promoting collagen production. It should be used in a careful routine to avoid overuse and potential irritation of skin and should be used with care in acne-prone skin (microneedling can easily irritate acne-prone skin). It can be used in pregnancy, as long as there are no other harmful skincare products being used (as it can increase absorption by up to 200%). 

What Can’t Be Used With VT Reedle Shot? 
As the Reedle Shot (or any spicule serum) enhances absorption, its important to balance out your skincare products to avoid using potentially irritating ingredients. For example, its not recommended to combine a retinol or AHA/BHA serum with your Reedle Shot – as these can almost double the effect of these actives and risk retinol burn or irritation. The Reedle Shot is best used with gentle mature skincare products; such as hyaluronic acid, bakuchiol, PDRN or peptides. This will help boost fine lines and gently hydrate skin for great results, with minimal irritation.
