How do I earn Pogi Points? 

You earn points automatically on every purchase (1 pt per $1 spent), plus bonus points on your birthday (+100 pts), writing product reviews (+50 pts), adding photo reviews (+100 pts), or purchasing Medicube devices (+250 pts). You also earn extra points for downloading and shopping directly in our app.

What happens to points from my past Arktastic orders? 

All previous web orders linked to your account email are automatically converted into Pogi Points. Simply log in or link your account in the new iOS app to view and spend your existing balance.

What can I redeem my Pogi Points for? Points can be redeemed for store discount vouchers starting at $5 off (150 pts), up to $50 off (2,500 pts). You can also save up 3,000 points to claim an exclusive collectible Pogi Plushie shipped right to your door with your order.

How do the Pogi Points membership tiers work? 

As you earn qualifying points, you automatically move up four tiers:

• Starter Pogi (0–499 pts): Early access promotions & birthday points.

• Orange Pogi (500–1,499 pts): 1.25x point multiplier, free shipping over $45, & deluxe samples with every order.

• Legend Pogi (1,500–2,999 pts): 1.4x point multiplier, free shipping over $35, priority support, & a $50–$75 Birthday Box.

• Elite Pogi (3,000+ pts): 2x point multiplier, FREE shipping on all orders, VIP offers, an Anniversary Pogi Plushie, & a $100 Luxe Birthday Set.
