Both ultrasound devices (The Glow Signature and smaller Twenty Up device) are gentle and delicate skincare devices that are designed to be used in a gentle, holistic routine. It's best to use it once daily; either in the AM or PM depending on where you find yourself with more time and energy.

The Glow Signature comes with 3x modes: based on which result you are after. The Focus mode is ideal for AM / morning care, whilst both Inner Mode and Tension mode are ideal for evening care (when you are looking to boost hydration and fine lines).

Similar to other beauty devices, you simply add your favourite skincare products (ideally lightweight gel textures) to the head of the device, turn it on and gently glide across your skin. Trace in upwards motions across your face, being careful in sensitive areas such as your nose and the under-eyes.

The Twenty Up device is the adorable ‘mini’ version of the Glow; with only two modes and custom-designed for acne-prone and irritated skin. This is the ideal device for younger users who are less concerned about fine lines, but need that gentle charging glow to soothe spots and scars.

There are two modes; Daily mode (which is ideal for the morning to energize your skin for make-up) and the Calming Mode (which is perfect for evening care, to soothe and hydrate your skin before bed). No, similar to the other absorptive skincare devices on the market, you can absolutely use the devices with your regular skincare. It is important to be careful what you do use with skincare devices that make products more absorptive.

Be sure to avoid using products with irritating exfoliants (such as AHA/BHA), retinol, vitamin C or botanical extracts with the Thome devices, as these can absorb deeper and cause worsening inflammation of skin.

Because ultrasound devices increase skincare absorption deep into the skin, avoid pairing them with strong active exfoliants (such as AHAs or BHAs), high concentrations of Vitamin C, or strong retinoids. Deep absorption of these active ingredients can trigger unwanted irritation and redness.
