Who is Dr Reju-All?

Dr Reju-All has exploded across the beauty scene in South Korea, with a trio of products for deeper, gentle skincare. Known as Korea’s No.1 K-Pharmacy Skincare Brand, they claim to come to skincare with a medical and pharmaceutical background to enhance the effectiveness of skincare ingredients. They see their products as a skin ‘prescription’, designed to achieve a beneficial outcome as a simply designed medication that is transparent and easily applied for the user. Their packaging simply explains the ingredients, when to use and how to add each product to your routine. Their formulas are designed to be simple and even with just three products, they are challenging how other skincare companies are producing products.

Dr Reju-All PDRN Advanced Cream

Although they claim that ‘being viral’ is not their goal – their Advanced PDRN Rejuvenating cream has gone impossibly viral. This tiny, white tube may look quaint and unassuming on sight, but has sold hundreds of thousands of units globally and has a widespread appeal. So, what’s inside the tube? Does a pharmacist-based skincare approach have merit? What are the results of using this single, gentle cream for two weeks? We put it to the test at home to see - is the hype real?

What's In The Bottle?

Niacinamide: brightening vitamin B3 that helps reduce dark spots and even skin tone for a radiant, smooth finish. Also helps support collagen production for long-term reduction of fine lines.

Hydrolyzed Collagen: deeply moisturizes skin barrier and enhances firming of skin to reduce fine lines and dullness.

Sodium Hyaluronate: plumping water humectant that helps draw moisture into the skin barrier and powerfully holds it to maintain lasting hydration and shine.

PDRN (Salmon): DNA fragments that naturally absorb into skin to trigger renewal and cell healing, to produce more youthful and glowing skin. It creates a stronger skin barrier that also cools inflammation and halts cellular aging

Allantoin: revitalizing molecule that enhances exfoliation of dead skin cells, improves regeneration of cells and improves moisture for refreshed skin texture.

Ivy leaves sitting on soft grey background

Adenosine: moisturizing, anti-aging agent that helps stimulate cell barrier healing, improves peptide and collagen synthesis within cells for brighter and firmer skin.

Neem tree extract: soothing extract that helps reduce acne and inflammation, by reducing redness, irritation and improving collagen production for refreshing previous damage and fine lines.

Panthenol: soothing vitamin B5 that helps strengthen the skin barrier and improve hydration, softness and texture.

Ivy leaf extract: popular in K-Beauty to enhance cell healing, infuse soothing antioxidants and reduce redness

Who Should Avoid?

This light, carefully formulated cream is suitable for all skin types with fine lines. You are likely to see best results with dry skin, inflammation, flaking or fine lines and wrinkles. This cream is least beneficial to oily skin types or could trigger irritation in acne-prone skin where you need softer gel formulas.

The Results (Before & After - 2 Weeks)

I have sensitive skin with fine lines, that requires soft formulas that don't irritate or dry. This light cream is recommended to be used post-serums and followed by a rich barrier cream, so I started adding it to my daily routine and following it with the Dr Althea 345 Barrier Cream. Dr Reju-All does have their own barrier cream they recommend for this, but I wanted to see the benefits and changes of just the Advanced PDRN cream on its own.

The cream has an incredibly light, soothing texture that is cooling and absorbs quickly. It's quite hydrating on its own, but sealing it in with a stronger barrier cream helped improve skin texture quicker and made my skin feel really soft. I did notice a daily improvement in fine lines (mostly moisture-based).

Skin after using Dr Reju-All Advanced PDRN Cream

In just two weeks, I could see why this product was so popular (especially amongst minimalist skincare lovers). It helped improve fine lines around my eyes, reduce uneven skin textures and created uniform, glowy skin.

It provides a gentle, but rich way to improve your skin texture. The main downside is that the tube is small, but lasts about 3 weeks of daily use. It's a really great treatment if you are after a slow-aging treatment that is gentle and soothing (away from more aggressive agents such as retinol, spicules or peeling treatments). It's incredibly suitable for sensitive skin and I would highly recommend it to improve fine lines and uneven skin textures.

Final Thoughts

This rich fine-line reducing cream is one of the most popular in South Korea right now and for such interesting reason. It's minimalist, a step away from concentrated high-intensive treatments, and instead is soothing, nourishing and improves your skin gently over time. If you are after all the benefits of PDRN without any irritation, this is one of the best high-purity PDRN creams in the market.

The Glowing Benefits of PDRN

FAQ - Dr Reju-All Advanced PDRN Cream

What is Dr Reju-All Advanced PDRN Cream?

It’s a pharmaceutical-grade Korean skincare cream centred on PDRN (salmon DNA fragments), designed to support skin repair, regeneration, and barrier strength for post-acne, sensitive, or dry skin.

What does PDRN actually do for skin?

PDRN naturally absorbs into skin to trigger renewal and cell healing, promoting more youthful, glowing skin while creating a stronger barrier and calming inflammation and cellular ageing.

What other key ingredients are in the formula?

Niacinamide brightens and reduces dark spots and pores; hydrolyzed collagen moisturizes and fights sagging; sodium hyaluronate hydrates deeply; allantoin revitalizes and speeds skin regeneration; adenosine stimulates collagen synthesis; neem tree extract reduces acne and inflammation; panthenol strengthens the barrier; and ivy leaf extract enhances hydration while reducing redness.

Who should avoid this product?

It’s light and formulated for sensitivity, suitable for most skin types with dry skin, redness, or fine lines — but those prone to breakouts from rich formulas should patch test first, since this cream is best suited to dry or acne-prone skin, not oily skin.

How long does it take to see results?

Noticeable improvements in texture, hydration, and glow are reported within about two weeks of consistent use.

How do you use it?

Apply as part of your evening routine after cleansing — it’s designed to be used consistently over 7–21 days for best results, layered under a barrier cream if needed.

Is it worth the hype (“beauty viral” claims)?

The review is skeptical of viral marketing claims but finds the actual ingredient list and real-world results credible enough to justify trying it for barrier repair and post-acne skin.
