The Heimish All Clean Balm is a solid balm that builds into an oil cleanser on your skin to give you a deep cleanse and helps to remove makeup and sunscreen. The balm-like texture changes to an oil cleanser upon contact with water to cleanse thick makeup without tugging or dehydrating skin. HOW TO USE:-
