To return an item, reach out to our team as soon as possible so we can evaluate your order. if the items are unopened or defective and the return is accepted — we’ll email you a return label. Print the label, tuck it into the original parcel bag, and drop off at your local Auspost. Refunds should reflect in your account within 3–5 business days after the parcel is accepted.

We carry a large catalogue, including rare items only we sell in Australia. When stock runs out, we order fresh stock directly from Seoul, which can add a few days to delivery. Our team will notify you of any delays, or you can email us for an updated ETA.
