Centellian24 360º Shot PDRN Lifting Eye Cream Review - Deep Hydration

With 2x the retinol, 3D PDRN, Phyto collagen and (of course) nourishing, specifically extracted centella, this popular eye cream from Centellian24 has been making headlines. But is it worth the hype? What do those ingredients even mean? Let's dive in to see if this nourshing cream is the secret to youthful eyes. ✨

Centellian24 is a hallmark brand that was developed by Donkook Pharmaceutical, with over 50 years' experience in custom skincare that is soothing and yields spectacular results. They developed the entire brand around one signature ingredient... 🌱Centella! Simply put, centella asciatica extract is a darling ingredient from South Korea for a variety of reasons. It is a massive boost of hydration and soothing, ideal for acne, sensitive skin and dry skin; making it a revelation for a variety of skin types. It also helps stimulate skin healing (soothing and reducing active spots) and stimulating collagen for plump and smooth skin.

Their latest skincare line extracts 'TECA', which is titrated extract of centella, which removes the excess water and fibre to concentrate those active ingredients that make centella so exciting to K-beauty fans. Although Centellian24 is most famous for their Madeca cream (which we reviewed here), they also have released their own, vibrant purple PDRN range including this indulgent 360º PDRN Lifting Eye Cream.

CENTELLIAN24 360º PDRN Lifting Eye Cream 30ml

Why is this eye cream exciting? It combines this highly-concentrated TECA extract for deep calm, whilst mixing it with a 3D retinol system for a deep boost to fine lines. It is also infused with a variety of soothing, hydrating ingredients to prevent that retinol irritation, as well as a colloid of calla lily for a deep, floral refreshment of skin.

What is the effect on fine lines? How does it compete with the other retinol eye creams on the market? See the before-and-after and see if your eye care needs to go 360º 😎.

What's In The Bottle?

Niacinamide: classic Korean beauty ingredient, vitamin B3 that helps reduce appearance of dark spots and even textures for a gentle glow.

Centella asciatica extract (TECA): carefully extracted molecules designed to soothe, hydrate, calm and restore the skin barrier for a deep, healthy glow to skin.

PDRN: DNA extracted fragment that helps stimulate healing of skin cells, enhance energy resources and reduce acne scarring via collagen remodeling.

Retinol 3D: this trio of retinols helps provide a tiered approach to fine lines and skin rejuvenation, helping exfoliate away dead skin cells, refresh new skin cells and reduce under-eye fine lines.

Snow mushroom extract: powerful hydration and soothing extract that helps deliver long-lasting moisture to refresh and boost skin bounce.

Glutathione: very gentle, brightening treatment that helps reduce dark spots over time, refresh the skin biome and is protective against future damage.

Ceramides: plumping and hydrating molecule that fills cracks forming in the skin barrier, reducing moisture loss and creating creamier, moisturized skin.

Bright, fresh Calla lily stem resting at horizontal angle

Jojoba oil: deeply soothing extract that helps inhibit skin inflammation, dryness and redness, whilst providing a protective layer to maintain skin moisture without a greasy feeling.

Cocoa extract: brightening and hydrating extract that helps boost skin energy, enhance hydration and soothe redness and inflammation of the skin barrier.

Beta-Glucan: deeply hydrating molecule that retains extra moisture and helps smooth and soften dry and damaged skin.

Colloidal Calla Extract: specialized extract of the calla lily, placed into a specialised micro-colloid to hydrate, soothe the skin and boost skin's natural antioxidants for a deeper healing effect.

Grape seed extract: popular K-beauty skin treatment rich in healing antioxidants that maintain the skin barrier, boost hydration and protects natural collagen.

Caviar extract: powerful fine-line boosting extract that helps prevent UV damage, stimulates collagen protection and improves elastin for a natural skin bounce and glow.

Pearl extract: brightening and soothing extract that helps reduce dark under-eye circles, whilst improving skin's circulation for a naturally lighter shine.

Who Should Avoid?

This gummy eye cream is ideal for fine lines, dark circles and a deeper boost to the under-eye. You're most likely to see benefits if you have fine lines. Otherwise, be careful if you have sensitive skin, as this eye cream does contain a variety of botanical extracts and fragrance which can be irritating to some skin types.

The Results

I've used a variety of eye creams over time and require a few results for it to be worth my time: brightening (good for dark undereyes), deeply hydrating (helping soothe out those fine lines) and quick absorbing (so you don't end up having sticky lower lids).

I was concerned about the sticky nature of this eye cream, but the other ingredients were super intriguing (especially the colloidal calla lily extract!) I added the eye cream to my nightly routine, to help boost fine lines and my natural dark under eye. It comes out incredibly lightweight, but gummy - and creates a protective layer to your undereye, to lock in the moisture (like a mini barrier cream).

Before-and-after using Centellian24 360 Shot PDRN Lifting Eye Cream (Before and After)

After 2 weeks of using, I could see an immediate improvement in eye lift and fine line depth. It helped reduce the depth of eye creases, reduced under eye bag and helped create a clearer, glowy effect for the undereye.

So, how does it stand up in the eye cream competition? I would say, you need to get on-board with the gummy texture (especially if you are sensitive to thicker creams). However, if you are serious about tackling eye lines specifically, this eye cream is an excellent choice for deep hydration and glowing results.

Final Thoughts

This refreshing, elastic eye cream is an awesome addition to a variety of skincare routines, but especially for fine lines around the eyes. If you are after the benefits of triple retinol, blended with nourishing centella extract - this is a great choice for your eye care needs.

Centellian24 360º Shot PDRN Lifting Eye Cream

1. Is Centellian24 360° Shot PDRN Lifting Eye Cream worth buying?

Based on my personal experience, absolutely. After using it consistently for more than 10 nights, I noticed that my under-eye area looked smoother, more hydrated and healthier. It’s easily among my top 10 eye creams.

2. Does Centellian24 PDRN Eye Cream help with dark circles?

It may improve the appearance of the under-eye area through hydration and skin-smoothing ingredients. I personally have hereditary dark circles, and I noticed a visible improvement after more than 10 days. However, genetic dark circles are difficult to eliminate with skincare alone.

3. What are the key ingredients in Centellian24 PDRN Eye Cream?

The formula features PDRN, TECA (a concentrated Centella asiatica extract), retinol, niacinamide and moisturising ingredients. These are included to support hydration, improve the appearance of skin texture and target visible signs of ageing.

4. Is the texture thick or lightweight?

The cream has a rich, slightly gummy texture that leaves a noticeable glossy coating around the eyes. I personally enjoy this finish because it makes my under-eye area look moisturised, particularly at night.

5. Can I use a barrier cream after applying the eye cream?

Yes. In my nighttime routine, I apply the Centellian24 eye cream first and allow it to settle before finishing with a barrier cream from Etude House or Abib. This helps me maintain a moisturised finish overnight.

6. How long does it take to see results?

I noticed a visible difference after more than 10 days of consistent nighttime use. Hydration-related improvements may appear earlier, while changes in fine lines and pigmentation generally require longer. Results vary depending on your skin and routine.

7. Is Centellian24 PDRN Eye Cream suitable for sensitive skin?

People with sensitive skin should introduce it cautiously because the formula contains retinol, botanical extracts and fragrance. Patch testing and gradual introduction are sensible, particularly if you’re new to retinol.

8. Can I use Centellian24 PDRN Eye Cream every night?

I personally used it nightly, but that doesn’t mean everyone should start with daily application. Because it contains retinol, beginners may benefit from starting two or three nights per week and increasing frequency as tolerated. Avoid direct contact with the eyes and use sunscreen during the day.

9. Does the cream help with fine lines and wrinkles?

Retinol can help improve the appearance of fine lines with consistent use, while moisturising ingredients can temporarily make the skin look smoother and plumper. The results depend on skin type, tolerance and duration of use.

10. Would I recommend Centellian24 PDRN Lifting Eye Cream?

Definitely. Its rich texture, glossy finish and the improvements I’ve personally noticed make it one of my favourite eye creams. I would particularly recommend considering it if you enjoy richer Korean skincare formulas for your nighttime routine.
