KEY INGREDIENTS

• 68% Rice Bran Water:-Rice has played a significant part in Korean history as a staple diet and skin care component. Rice bran water was used as a toner in the Joseon Dynasty and was known as Beauty Water, which was utilised to achieve beautiful skin. Rice bran contains amino acids and minerals that assist to hydrate dry skin.
• 2% Alpha-Arbutin:- Alpha-Arbutin works by reducing tyrosinase activity, which reduces melanin formation in the skin. It is also reported to have a tenfold larger effect than ordinary Beta-Arbutin.
